The
best supernatural shows to binge right now on Netflix!!
They’re creepy and they’re kooky, mysterious and spooky, they’re altogether ooky, and they’re so hot right now
There's no doubt that admirers of the bizarre and
eerie will be satisfied. So, if you need a break from reality, immerse yourself
in the worlds of vampires, witches, werewolves, and other things that go bump
in the night. It's giving us goosebumps just thinking about it...
1. 1. Chilling adventures of sabrina
We all remember the lighthearted Sabrina The Teenage Witch from back in the day, with Salem the talking cat, but Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina takes a darker turn, with no mention of Salem . Sabrina Spellman must reconcile her half-human, half-witch identity while being forced into power battles with Satan and others. Here, sorcery is really fashionable — just look at Sabrina's spin-and-change-of-outfits trick. That's something we'd like to know!
2. 2. Riverdale
There's
been speculation of a Riverdale/Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina crossover -
after all, they're both from the Archie comics universe – and Riverdale Season
3 started off with a bang. Back-carving, a cult surrounding a bonfire, and
twins hung in mid-air... Things were already creepy for Archie and his gang
before all of that, with a mysterious death rocking his small town.
3. 3. The
umbrella academy
It's only fitting that a show based on a fantastic comic book is also fantastic. Gerard Way, the former leader of rock band My Chemical Romance, wrote this narrative about wealthy Sir Reginald Hargreeves' adoption of seven unique children. He establishes the Umbrella Academy and prepares its members to defend the world. They lose touch as teenagers, but when they learn of Hargeeves' death, they reunite.
4. Stranger
things
If you haven't heard of Stranger Things, you may have spent too much time in the Upside Down. Will Byers, a 12-year-old boy from small-town Indiana, goes missing in 1983. Joyce, Will's mother, will stop at nothing to find him, leading her and Will's friends down a rabbit hole of secret government experiments, a terrifying beast known as the Demogorgon, and a child with remarkable abilities known as Eleven. Get engaged before the fourth season is released — it'll be all the rage.
5. 5. Lucifer
Lucifer
fans were outraged when Fox cancelled the show, and Netflix stepped in to save
the day, buying up the drama for a fourth season. The plot follows Lucifer
Morningstar, a Satan dressed in human garb who relocates from Hell to Los
Angeles and occasionally assists the cops. Fans are curious to discover if
Detective Chloe Decker, the other half of Lucifer's will-they-won't-they duo,
will face their forbidden love. We don't know if this is the final episode, but
it's devilishly fantastic in any case.
6. 6.Shadow
hunters
When Clary
Fray discovers she's a Shadowhunter – a human-angel hybrid with a sacred
responsibility to hunt demons – she gets an unexpected 18th birthday present.
Clary is given a baptism of fire into this new world when her mother is
kidnapped, where the unimaginable becomes brilliantly attainable. For optimal
immersion, we recommend reading the books from which this series is adapted.
